Prayer Requests

Shockeys in the Holy Land

Pastor Mark and Joann have an opportunity to join a dozen other pastors and spouses on a Biblical familiarization tour of Israel. They will be visiting sites to discover the context of the Bible. Please pray that they will be further equipped for ministry as well as their safety and wellbeing. Shalom Shockeys! If you are facing a pastoral emergency feel free to reach out to Pastor Norm, 952-454-7615.

Support for Mongolia

The Lutheran Heritage Foundation has been part of translating a children’s Bible storybook and the Small Catechism into Mongolian. Pastor Shockey’s parents were among the first missionaries in this country. Now, with our support, a small booklet, “Jesus Never Fails”, just translated, will be distributed to individuals needing to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. Would you consider being part of this mission opportunity to help new Christians reach maturity? Mark your gifts “Mongolia”.
