Red Letter Challenge
Do you have what it takes to follow Jesus? Red Letter Challenge is a 40-day discipleship challenge where you will be introduced, through the words of Jesus, to the five main principles of being a disciple. If you know that you were made for something more and if you want to make a greater difference in this world, Red Letter Challenge is for you! Be sure to pick up a book on the table at St. Peter’s. You will need it for the daily challenge. All the messages will also be posted online.
Sunday 2/25 is Day 13. This 40-day challenge examines Jesus’ words (the red letters), His habits, and His life, and presents them in a simple-to understand, but challenging way that will produce results in your life. The best way to follow Jesus is simply to follow Jesus!!! There is even a book specifically for families with children. And we hope you will take part in a small group either in person or on Zoom.
We look forward to practically, and daily, living out our faith. Start reading Day 13 this week.

Challenge Groups!
A power outage slowed us down - but we will launch our Challenge Groups this week!
Gather with others to be encouraged in the FIVE PRINCIPLES of Jesus' red letters: BEING, FORGIVING, SERVING, GIVING, GOING. Discuss what you are discovering in Jesus' words with others. Maybe you will be hearing some of Jesus' words for the first time - or you have read them over and over. We need you! There will be in person gatherings and a zoom gathering. Please take the challenge with us.
The Jewish Jesus
Over the last months we have looked at the History of modern Israel. As we continue our Red Letter Challenge, we will watch unique how the words of Jesus were perceived by the Jews themselves when Jesus spoke the words recorded in our Bible. What about today? How are the Red Letters of the Messiah who faced death received by a nation facing death every day?
Bring some treats into the Discipleship Room just to the right outside the sanctuary. We will start at 10:40am and wrap up about 11:30am.
The Unlabeled Theatre Company
The young adults have been working hard. It is showtime! For the last months, our community young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have been preparing for a musical performance. You are invited to see the performances at the Park Square Theatre in St. Paul. There are two 7:00pm evening showtimes on March 8 & 9. You are invited to attend the Saturday Matinee performance with transportation from Edina. We would love to have you go with us. The cost is $30. Sign up today. We will meet at noon on Saturday, March 8 in the parking lot at St. Peter’s and ride together. Door to door drop off service!
