Pastor with Disability Needs Support

A major disability has left this family of eight with no job, no home and ability to generate future financial stability. Please consider generously donating today to get them a home. Pastor Travis, who was serving Bethlehem Lutheran Church (LCMS) in Morristown MN has been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Huntington’s Disease. It is a progressive brain disorder that causes uncontrolled movements, emotional problems, and loss of thinking ability (cognition). To support the Loeslie family, click the “Support” button below. We join others in the MNS District praying this family will have what they need for living and medical expenses beyond medical & disability coverage.

Lutheran Life Survey

Make your views known in the 2022 Lutheran Religious Life Survey. The Lutheran Religious Life Survey (LRLS) is an large sample survey of LCMS laypeople and pastors. Put simply, this survey is an opportunity for LCMS members to tell some of their story, express their views about various topics, and help Lutheran churches and organizations better understand our church. This is important because major public religious surveys often have only very small samples of LCMS members in them, meaning that the LCMS as a church body is not very well-represented.  The LRLS is being conducted to facilitate research on American religious life. A COMPANION SURVEY is being fielded of non-Lutherans to enable comparisons.

Birthdays

Happy birthday to our church family members! God’s richest blessings on your special day!
