STP KIDS Dismissal
STP KIDS is the Children’s Ministry at St. Peter’s Edina, designed for all children from 6 months to 10 years old (Grade 5). Older children are welcome to participate as helpers. Our vision is to partner with parents in raising up a generation of children that will seek their God-given Kingdom mission and impact their world for Jesus!

Luke 17:11-17 - Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. They stood at a distance and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed. One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan. Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?
Luke 17:18-19 - Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?” Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.”
1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NASB) - In everything give thanks

Home Practice
Send a Thank You - Chose one person who comes to mind and send them a personal thank you note. Tell them what you appreciate about them. Share the impact they have had on your life. You might even need to ask for forgiveness.

Confession & Forgiveness
All: O Lord, Your giving knows no ending. Forgive me for the sin of ingratitude, for taking for granted Your blessings, and for forgetting to offer You the thanks and praise You are due. Fill me with thankfulness, that I may praise Your goodness and discover true contentment, both for this life and for eternal life. Amen.
Pastor: God forgives us for Jesus’ sake. Thank Him for His forgiveness and see His goodness in all areas of your life that you might be blessed today with overflowing gratitude and rejoice in His gift of salvation.
Communion
The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod holds the Biblical teaching that in Communion we receive the true body and blood of Jesus Christ with the bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins. If you are a baptized Christian who has been instructed in the Biblical teaching of the real presence of the Christ in this meal and grace through faith in Christ, and if you agree with our confession of faith, please join with the fellowship of disciples in Holy Communion.
“Everyone should examine themselves first, and then eat the bread and drink of the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself.” (1 Corinthians 11:28-29)
The Lord’s Prayer
All: Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
