Today's Word to Live By: GRACE
Have you been: Humbled by grace? Changed by grace? Shaped by grace? Strengthened by grace? Renewed by grace? Emboldened by grace? Softened by grace? Shaken by grace? Amazed by grace?
Invocation & Words of Grace
Pastor: In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
People: Amen.
Pastor: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves;
People: it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone boast." (Ephesians 2:8)
Pastor: "... who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works,
People: but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began." (2 Timothy 1:9)
Pastor: "And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace.
People: But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work." (Romans 11:6)
Pastor: "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God." (Romans 5:1-2)

Ephesians 2:1-10 - As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
STP Kids Dismissal
STP Kids is the Children’s Ministry at St. Peter’s Edina, designed for all children from 6 months to 10 years old (Grade 5). Our vision is to partner with parents in raising up a generation of children that will seek their God-given Kingdom mission and impact their world for Jesus!
Message: Grace
Biblical grace is God’s undeserved favor abundantly poured out on those who desperately need Him.

Prayer
The Lord’s Prayer
People: Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
